In the document, the President of Miss Universe Vietnam stated that Huong Giang's "Commitment for Diversification" project received 233,130 votes from the fan community - a number far exceeding the representative's 4th place with 134,738 votes. This number of votes is equivalent to more than 200,000 USD according to the contest's conversion mechanism.
From the beginning, the organizers clearly announced: the audiences votes accounted for 50% of the final score.
