The People's Committee of Kien Hung commune coordinated with the Kien Thuy Project Management Board to organize compensation and site clearance for 336 households in Kim Son village affected by the Infrastructure Development Project of Tan Trao Industrial Park and Tan Trao Industrial Cluster (phase 1). The total amount paid in this period is up to 236 billion VND.
The payment process is guaranteed to be public, transparent, and in accordance with the law. 336 households have completed legal procedures, records for counting, comparing, confirming land origin, and receiving compensation according to regulations.
Previously, the People's Committee of Kien Hung commune mobilized the political system to participate synchronously, from grasping people's concerns, answering questions, publicizing compensation plans, to monitoring implementation step by step. Timely site clearance will create space to attract businesses, invest, create jobs and increase resources for Kien Hung in the period of accelerating urban and industrial development.
