The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment would like to provide some legal regulations related to the re-issuance of Certificates due to re-measuring as follows:
Clause 6, Article 135 of the Land Law stipulates the principle of re-issuance of Certificates in cases of re-measuring where the boundaries change or do not change compared to the time of issuance of the previous Certificate.
Clause 1, Article 15 of Decree No. 49/2026/ND-CP dated January 31, 2026 of the Government has assigned provincial-level People's Committees to regulate the order and administrative procedures on land to implement the cases specified in Article 14 of this Decree no later than July 1, 2026, ensuring the reduction and simplification of administrative procedures according to regulations.
Based on the above regulations, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment requests you to study and contact competent authorities in the locality for guidance and answers.
