Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Truong Viet Dung has just signed a decision to allow Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 to change the purpose of using 2,506.4m2 of land at D9 Khuat Duy Tien Street, Thanh Xuan Ward to implement the Project of building a mixed office complex combined with housing.
The location and boundaries of the land are limited by landmarks from C1, D3, E5, G6, H7, K, A, B12 and C1 in the 1/500 scale Master Plan prepared by Viet Architecture Joint Stock Company in June 2019, confirmed by the Department of Planning and Architecture with a document dated July 15, 2019.
The form of land allocation is that the State allocates land with land use fees. Investors are allowed to use land for a period of 50 years from the date the City People's Committee signs the decision; for home buyers, land is allowed to be used for a long period of time.
The City People's Committee assigned Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 to be fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of information, data, and documents submitted with the project dossier requesting the change of land use purpose. At the same time, contact the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Finance, and the Department of Construction to carry out relevant procedures.
Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 manages and uses the land area allocated within the boundary and boundary markers, for the right purposes according to the provisions of law; ensures environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting according to the provisions of the Vietnam Construction Regulations; cannot be transferred to another unit to implement the project without the City People's Committee's approval.
The City People's Committee assigns the Departments of Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Construction, Planning - Architecture and related departments; Hanoi Tax according to assigned functions and tasks in the field: inspect and guide Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 to fulfill the obligations of land users according to regulations.
The Hanoi Land Registration Office shall issue and update land changes in land records and land databases according to regulations.
Thanh Xuan Ward People's Committee regularly inspects the land use of Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 according to the contents of this decision, promptly detects and handles violations according to its authority, and reports to the City People's Committee.
