Building A1 is used as a temporary housing fund to serve site clearance for investment projects in Hanoi. Currently, the City Housing Management Center is implementing renovation and repair steps of the building according to regulations.
For 156 apartments in building A5, these apartments are currently arranged as temporary residences according to the directives of the Hanoi City People's Committee.
Therefore, the above apartments have not been included in the data on student housing funds being leased and still vacant announced in August 2026.
Periodically publicizing the situation of using the housing fund helps people who need to rent a house to know the number of apartments and accommodations being exploited and the vacant fund in each housing area.
Through this, people have more information to choose, access suitable housing funds and carry out house rental procedures according to regulations.
