Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the auction of residential land use rights for 17 land plots in the new residential land area of Yen Truong village, Truong Thinh commune, old Ung Hoa district (now Ung Thien commune), Hanoi City.
The total area of the auctioned land is 1,733.9 m2. The starting price for the land plots is 11,800,000 VND/m2. The origin of land use is that the State allocates land with land use fees. The purpose of use is rural residential land, long-term use term.
The price step applied in the auction rounds is specified as follows: in rounds 1 and 2, the price step is 10,000 VND/m2 of land; in round 3, the price step is 200,000 VND/m2 of land. Auction participants are allowed to bid without limiting the number of price steps for each bid.
The auction form is to auction each land plot by direct voting in 3 rounds at the auction session. The bidding method is to bid up.
The time for selling and receiving auction participation dossiers is carried out continuously from the date of listing the asset auction to 2 working days before the opening of the auction session, from 8:00 AM on June 22, 2026 to 5:00 PM on July 6, 2026, during office hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
The location for selling and receiving dossiers is at the Headquarters of the Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board of Ung Thien commune and the Headquarters of Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company.
The auction session will be held at 8:30 AM on July 9, 2026 (Thursday) at the Large Hall of the Party Committee of Ung Thien commune, Mieng Thuong village, Ung Thien commune, Hanoi City. Participants in the auction session are present at the venue no later than 30 minutes to complete the registration procedures to enter the auction room.
