The land plots are located on Nguyen Trung Truc street, street No. 1 and Pham Cong Thuong street, belonging to map sheet No. 15 (old map sheet No. 2-3).
The total area of 24 land plots is 2,175.8 m2, all of which are residential land in rural areas (ONT), allocated land by the state with land use fees collected for a long term.
Land plots are put up for private auction, participants can register to buy one or more plots.
The starting price of land plots is from more than 1.5 billion VND/plot. This price does not include taxes, fees, charges and other financial obligations related to the allocation of land use rights according to legal regulations.
The auction session is organized in the form of direct verbal auction at the auction session and applies the up-pricing method.
The subsequent bidder must offer a price higher than the previous bidder's price by at least one price step as prescribed.
The time to sell dossiers, receive registrations to participate in the auction and receive deposits takes place from June 19 to the end of July 1.
People in need can register directly at Dong Nam Partnership Auction Company or at Thanh Hoa Commune Economic Office.
The deposit must be transferred to the account of the auction organizing unit before 5:00 PM on July 1st. In case of winning the auction, this amount will be converted into a deposit to ensure the performance of financial obligations according to regulations.
The subjects participating in the auction are individuals who are allocated land by the state with land use fees according to current regulations and are not prohibited from participating in the auction of land use rights.
Notably, for each auctioned land plot, in the same household, only one person is allowed to register to participate.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 9:00 AM on July 6th at the Hall of the Economic Department of Thanh Hoa commune, Tay Ninh province.
After completing financial obligations, the winning bidder will have competent authorities carry out procedures for issuing land use right certificates and handing over land according to regulations.
