Standing Vice Chairman of Hanoi City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has signed and issued a decision on approving rental unit prices for business service areas in some resettlement apartment buildings and commercial apartment buildings belonging to the city's public assets assigned to the Hanoi City Housing Management Center for management.
According to the decision, the unit price for leasing business service areas of 9 commercial apartment buildings in Viet Hung Urban Area, which are public assets of the city, is approved and assigned to the Hanoi City Housing Management Center for management.
At the same time, approving the unit price for leasing business service areas at 24 resettlement apartment buildings belonging to the city's public assets assigned to the Hanoi City Housing Management Center for management.
Hanoi City Housing Management Center, based on the approved unit price, organizes the determination of the starting price and price step to submit to the Department of Finance for approval, and organizes auctions for lease according to the provisions of the Law on Auction of Assets and related regulations. Along with that, promptly review, advise, and submit amendments and supplements to rental unit prices when service business areas arise for additional lease or adjust rental unit prices for service business areas when there are fluctuations in rental unit prices, ensuring compliance with regulations; use funds for the right purpose, regime and final settlement according to the provisions of the State Budget Law.
The Department of Finance is responsible for appraising and approving the starting price and price steps as a basis for organizing auctions according to the provisions of Decision No. 03/2021/QD-UBND dated March 10, 2021 of the City People's Committee.
The Department of Construction is responsible for issuing a decision recognizing the results of winning the auction for asset lease according to the provisions of Decision No. 03/2021/QD-UBND dated March 10, 2021 of the City People's Committee.
