Vietnam Auction Joint Venture Company has just announced the organization of an auction of residential land use rights for 40 land plots at TL-03 point, Yen Bai village, Tien Thang commune, Hanoi city (phase 1).
The total area of land plots offered for auction is 3,950.5m2. The area of each plot ranges from 79.7m2 to 177.9m2. The starting price of land plots is 6,369,000 VND/m2.
The price step applied in the first auction round is 30 million VND/price step/m2. In the second auction round, the price step applied is 1 million VND/price step/m2.
Auction participants are allowed to register for auction of many land plots. However, for each registered land plot, participants must submit a separate set of dossiers, and at the same time pay the dossier purchase fee and deposit corresponding to the number of registered auctioned land plots. The components of auction participation dossiers are implemented according to the provisions of Article 4 of the Auction Regulations.
The time to receive applications to participate in the auction starts from 8:00 AM on June 4, 2026 and ends at 5:00 PM on June 17, 2026.
Locations for selling and receiving dossiers include: Headquarters of the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Tien Thang commune and headquarters of Vietnam Auction Partnership Company.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:00 AM on June 20, 2026 (Saturday) at the Hall of Tien Thang Commune People's Committee (former Tam Dong Commune People's Committee headquarters).
The auction organizing unit notes that in case of authorizing participation in the auction, the authorized person when attending the auction must present a valid authorization document, which clearly states the scope and content of the authorized work.
Auction participants must be present at the auction venue from 7:00 AM on June 20, 2026 to complete procedures to enter the auction hall.
