Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the auction of land use rights for 32 land plots belonging to the technical infrastructure construction project of the land auction area at point X4, Lam Ho village, Quang Minh commune, Hanoi city.
The total area of 32 land plots is 3,094.19m2. The starting price ranges from 15,740,000 VND/m2 to 23,851,000 VND/m2.


The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 2 auction rounds. The auction method is to bid up.
The price step applied to the first auction round is 44,260,000 VND/m2. The price step applied to the second auction round is 2,000,000 VND/m2.
Land plots with residential land use purposes, long-term use term. The form of land use is that the State allocates land with land use fees through land use rights auctions.
Time to receive applications for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on June 5, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 17, 2026 (during office hours on working days). Auction participants submit applications directly to the Quang Minh Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board or Auction Partnership Company No. 5 - National.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on June 21, 2026 at the Hall of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Quang Minh commune, Noi Dong village, Quang Minh commune, Hanoi city.
According to the announcement, auction participants must be present at the venue at least 60 minutes in advance to complete procedures to enter the auction room.
In case of authorization to participate in the auction, the authorized person when attending the auction must present a valid document or power of attorney, notarized in accordance with the law. The content of the authorization must be specific and clear, including information about the auction, the authorized work, the term of authorization, the rights and responsibilities of the parties and related information.
In an auction session organized according to each land plot, each person is only allowed to represent one subject participating in the auction. In case they have participated in the auction for the same land plot, they are not allowed to receive authorization from another subject also participating in the auction of that land plot.
