Nam Le Loi Urban Area Project (in Le Loi Ward, Vinh City) invested by Ben Thanh Real Estate Construction Joint Stock Company was granted an investment certificate in April 2016. The project started in March 2016, putting the land into use within 24 months from the date of handover of the field land. However, up to now, the investor has not built 20/20 resettlement land lots and 2 cultural houses as planned.
Yen Hoa housing project (Quan Bau ward, Vinh city), the investor is Nghe An Young Enterprise Joint Stock Company with an area of 3.41 hectares located on the west of Nguyen Trai street (Quan Bau ward, Vinh city). Approved detailed planning of 1/500 since 2008. However, up to now the project is still behind schedule, many shared items have not been built such as kindergartens; Green areas, sports areas... some internal roads have deteriorated.
The province directs handling
Faced with the above situation, the People's Committee of Nghe An province has just issued document No. 6279 requesting the Department of Construction; People's Committees of districts, cities and towns; The investor strengthens the quality assurance and infrastructure quality management of housing and urban area development projects in the province.
Accordingly, the People's Committee of Nghe An province requires investors of housing and urban area development projects in the province to put the projects into operation and use (including projects that are partially put into operation and use). ) must fully carry out roles and responsibilities in construction investment project management; managing the quality and progress of construction projects; management of labor safety and construction environment in construction works; Strictly comply with construction order according to legal regulations.
Along with that, review and invest in complete construction of technical and social infrastructure items such as sidewalks, traffic safety systems, public lighting systems, cultural houses, and schools. , public living areas... to ensure project synchronization, safety and project quality in accordance with planning, appraised and approved design documents, current regulations and standards .
The Provincial People's Committee requires the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to regularly monitor and urge investors of housing and urban area development projects in the area to focus resources to overcome, repair and invest. Build additional project items according to the progress and time the Provincial People's Committee has requested investors to implement.
