After checking and listening to reports on the progress of the projects, Hai Phong City Party Secretary Le Tien Chau directed the Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board and construction contractor 319 to focus on completing the work, ensuring that agencies and units can move to the Political - Administrative Center before April 30, 2025, in time to organize the 70th Anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day and the Red Flamboyant Festival in 2025.
In particular, the units will complete the construction in March 2025; complete the interior in April 2025. Along with that, focus on arranging and organizing the workplaces of agencies and units reasonably; urgently plant trees, complete the square, arrange parking areas for cars and motorbikes for civil servants, public employees and visitors to contact and work...
Regarding the relocation of 4 military units, the City Party Secretary requested that in June 2025, the site must be handed over for military units to build, striving to complete within 6 months to 1 year.
Regarding the road connecting the new urban area from the North of Cam River to the foot of Nguyen Trai Bridge and May Chai Bridge, Mr. Le Tien Chau - Secretary of the City Party Committee assigned the City People's Committee to direct the implementation. The city leaders assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to urgently complete the documents and procedures for approval. Accordingly, the city will build a 2.4 km long, 36 m wide road with a total estimated investment of more than 1,000 billion VND from the city budget.
