In addition, the city also directed the People's Committees of communes and wards to accelerate the progress of site clearance for industrial park infrastructure construction investment projects in the area: Gia Loc Commune People's Committee, Gia Phuc Commune People's Committee (Hoang Dieu Industrial Park project); Duong An Commune People's Committee, Thuong Hong Commune People's Committee (Binh Giang Industrial Park project); Nguyen Binh Khiem Commune People's Committee (Tran Duong - Hoa Binh Industrial Park project, phase A phase 1 and Tran Duong - Hoa Binh Industrial Park project, zone B).
