Standing Vice Chairman of Hanoi City People's Committee emphasized that the Him Lam Phuc Loi Social Housing Area Project is one of the largest social housing investment projects in Hanoi City, making significant contributions to the goal of completing the social housing development plan for the period 2026 - 2030 that Hanoi City is determined to implement.


Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Duong Cong Minh - key shareholder of Him Lam Joint Stock Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sacombank - said that Him Lam Company has responded to the guidelines and policies of the Party and State, proactively participating in social housing development programs, especially in Hanoi with the Thuong Thanh Social Housing Area project with a scale of about 2,000 units being implemented and now the Him Lam Phuc Loi Social Housing Project with a scale of about 4,700 units.
Hanoi City has issued Plan No. 60 to complete the target of developing at least 620,000 social housing units in the period 2026 – 2030. In the spirit of responding to the guidelines and policies of the Party, Government and Hanoi City, Him Lam Joint Stock Company voluntarily converted from building commercial housing (which was approved before) to social housing. Him Lam Phuc Loi Social Housing Area project has a scale of about 13.5 hectares. It is expected to provide about 4,700 social housing apartments and about 1,000 commercial apartments, ensuring accommodation for about 12,500 people.
The project is oriented to develop with technical standards, construction quality and utility systems equivalent to commercial housing projects.
Social infrastructure - technical infrastructure items are deployed simultaneously and completely, ensuring good connection with urban areas and neighboring residential areas.
The project is located in Phuc Loi ward, an area with transport infrastructure connecting to key roads in the East of Hanoi, and also adjacent to existing residential areas and urban utility systems.
Him Lam Phuc Loi social housing area is expected to contribute to supplementing infrastructure and developing urban space in the area, while meeting the diverse housing needs of people in the area in particular and people in the Capital in general.
