The Department of Science and Technology coordinates with Foody - ShopeeFood Joint Stock Company to integrate Hai Phong digital culinary data on the Smart Hai Phong application, research synchronous plans, exploit and operate the common database to serve the development of the digital economy.
The Department of Industry and Trade presides over the provision of a list of business households and businesses serving the construction of a digital culinary database; and at the same time coordinates with relevant units to strengthen market management, ensure goods sources and service quality to serve people and tourists during the pedestrian street organization period.
The Department of Health is responsible for providing a list of establishments that meet food safety conditions, guiding and supporting business units to complete procedures according to regulations; arranging forces, ensuring food safety throughout the organization of activities.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinates to provide a list of OCOP products of the city; and at the same time develop a plan to upgrade and arrange a public toilet system in the central flower garden area and the City Opera House, ensuring convenience, civilization, and friendliness for people and tourists.
The Department of Finance appraises the contents according to its functions and tasks; the Department of Foreign Affairs strengthens propaganda to let international organizations, foreign businesses and the foreign community in Hai Phong know and participate in responding to activities.
The Department of Construction coordinates with the City Police to develop a traffic diversion plan to ensure safety during activities, and at the same time study long-term traffic organization solutions to serve the development of pedestrian streets and the night economy.
The City Police presides over the development of traffic organization plans, ensuring security and order, traffic safety in the central flower garden area and the City Opera House; complete the implementation plan in July 2026.
Hai Phong City Youth Union coordinates to propagate and mobilize union members and youth to participate in activities, and at the same time coordinates with the Department of Education and Training to promote communication to students to create a spreading effect and attract a large number of people to participate.
Hong Bang Ward People's Committee acts as a focal point to coordinate with Foody - ShopeeFood Joint Stock Company to ensure conditions on infrastructure, electricity, water, environmental sanitation, signs; preside over urban embellishment, increase lighting, maintain aesthetics and coordinate with the Police force to ensure security and order, traffic safety throughout the process of organizing pedestrian streets and developing the night economy.
Hai Phong Power Company ensures stable electricity supply to serve activities in the central flower garden area and the City Theater. Hai Phong Urban Environment One Member Limited Liability Company coordinates to ensure environmental sanitation, arrange full public toilets, contributing to building a green, clean, beautiful, and civilized pedestrian street space.
