On December 10, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a document on the urgent disbursement of public investment capital in 2025.
Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to proactively work with all contractors constructing packages of the Resettlement Area Project in Tam Phuoc Ward (the planned capital for 2025 is 200 billion VND) and the Project to build infrastructure for the 49.32-hectare Resettlement Area in Phuoc Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City (the planned capital for 2025 is 193.5 billion VND);
Request contractors to develop a plan to mobilize financial resources, machinery, equipment and human resources corresponding to the assigned construction volume. Contractors have increased construction measures, organizing continuous construction according to the "3 shifts, 4 teams" method.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to urgently direct and closely monitor the consulting unit to complete all documents related to the construction survey and preparation of construction drawing design documents - Construction estimate for the Resettlement Area Project in Dau Giay town, Thong Nhat district.
The dossier must be reviewed and appraised in accordance with regulations, ensuring the quality, accuracy of data and technical solutions. The center is responsible for ensuring the progress of completing documents to meet the conditions for starting the project in the first quarter of 2026, not allowing any delays to affect the province's public investment plan.
For the Compensation and Support for Resettlement Infrastructure Project for the 49.32-hectare Resettlement Area of Phuoc Tan Ward, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Phuoc Tan Ward and relevant units to urgently complete the dossier to develop a compensation and support plan for approval in accordance with regulations, ensuring the disbursement of capital according to the 2025 plan; be responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the delay in disbursement progress according to the plan.
The Resettlement Area Project in Dau Giay Town, Thong Nhat District serves the resettlement of key projects and important national projects, with an area of about 46 hectares, invested in the construction of technical infrastructure synchronously with traffic routes; water supply and drainage systems; power supply, lighting, and clearance systems; technical mines, wastewater treatment works.
