On July 25, according to Nguyen Trai Commune People's Committee (Hung Yen province), the Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board has just organized the payment of compensation and site clearance support for the Project to build DT. 376B road (section connecting National Highway 39 with DT. 386C).
According to local authorities, this is a key traffic project, of great significance to the socio-economic development of Nguyen Trai commune. After completion, the road will contribute to strengthening traffic connections, creating favorable conditions for travel, transportation of goods, attracting investment, developing industry, trade, services and improving people's lives.
To implement the project, land acquisition, compensation, and site clearance support are being carried out by the locality in accordance with the law, ensuring publicity, transparency, democracy and the right subjects.
On the morning of July 25, the Nguyen Trai Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board continued to pay compensation, support and resettlement when the State recovered land for 22 households in Nhan Vu and Mao Xuyen villages, with a total amount of more than 1.6 billion VND.
According to Nguyen Trai Commune People's Committee, the payment is to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of households whose land is recovered for project implementation.
At the payment session, households expressed their agreement and appreciation for the inventory, confirmation of land origin and development of compensation plans being carried out publicly, transparently, and objectively. People also wished the project to be implemented and put into use soon, contributing to promoting socio-economic development of the locality.
