The payment is carried out publicly and in accordance with regulations, creating favorable conditions for households to soon stabilize their lives, and at the same time accelerate the progress of site clearance to serve project implementation.
The project to build technical infrastructure to serve land use right auctions on Quy Tuc street is being implemented to create a clean land fund with synchronous technical infrastructure to organize land use right auctions, contributing to increasing budget revenue, creating resources to invest in infrastructure projects and urban embellishment in the ward.
The project has a scale of about 1.1 hectares, with a total investment of 35 billion VND from public investment capital managed by the ward, implemented in the 2026-2027 period. Previously, the Ward Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council organized a project implementation conference, announced land acquisition notices, consulted on the draft compensation and support plan and directly answered people's opinions.
