Accordingly, the rental price of official housing ranges from 25,600-36,600 VND/m2/month, equivalent to 307,200-439,200 VND/m2/year. The above price does not include electricity, water and living expenses that individuals and households renting official housing use.
The decision applies to investors of public housing construction projects; tenants; agencies and units managing and operating public housing and related organizations and individuals.
The Department of Construction is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to guide implementation; summarize difficulties and obstacles and build and adjust price frames when there are fluctuations or they are no longer suitable for the actual situation to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration.
People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for coordinating the implementation and reporting on the implementation situation and arising problems. Units managing and operating public housing must implement the collection, spending, and accounting of rental prices publicly and transparently according to regulations.
For public housing rental contracts signed before the Decision takes effect, the rental price is considered and adjusted according to the new price frame. In case the rental procedures are being carried out but the contract has not been signed when the Decision takes effect, the rental price shall be implemented according to new regulations.
