According to reporters' records on the morning of August 29, prolonged congestion on the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway started from the area through the Long Thanh airport project and extended to the rest stop and the intersection with the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay expressway.
The traffic jam stretched for many kilometers, and vehicles had to move very slowly when passing through here.

In the stop area (belonging to Xuan Que commune, Dong Nai city), the number of vehicles moving into the station is very large, filling the parking lot.
In the opposite direction, from Dau Giay to Long Thanh, the traffic volume is very small.
Also according to records, for the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay expressway, the amount of traffic congestion is slight in the toll station area in the direction of Dong Nai to Phan Thiet, when leaving this section, the road is quite clear.
Meanwhile, other roads such as National Highway 51, Bui Van Hoa street (section through Dong Nai city) are also crowded with vehicles, causing minor congestion, and functional forces are present in time to regulate traffic.
