Specifically, due to the impact of weather conditions, according to forecast wind gusts of level 6 - 7, Superdong would like to announce the continued temporary suspension of operations on the Phu Quoc - Tho Chau route on August 29 (Saturday) to ensure safety for passengers and journey quality.
The Phu Quoc - Tho Chau route and vice versa schedule will be adjusted to August 30, 2026 (Sunday). In which, the Phu Quoc - Tho Chau route will depart at 10:45 am; the Tho Chau - Phu Quoc route will depart at 2:15 pm.
The continued adjustment of the operating schedule is to ensure safety for passengers in the current weather conditions. The airline hopes passengers will pay attention to the new departure time and proactively arrange the appropriate schedule. For customers who have deposited or paid 100% of the ticket price, if the train temporarily stops operating due to weather, the airline will refund the ticket price that customers have paid or support ticket exchange to the next operating day according to regulations.
Previously, due to bad weather, this route had temporarily stopped operating from August 27 to now and is waiting for the next weather developments.
