Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of a land use rights auction of the People's Committee of Trieu Viet Vuong commune, including 57 plots of land for people to build houses in Xuan Dinh New Rural Residential Area, Trieu Viet Vuong commune (formerly Pham Hong Thai commune), Hung Yen province (phase 1).
The total area put up for auction is 6,985.33m2, the plots of land range in area from 118m2 to 153m2. The starting price is from 20 to 24 million VND/m2, equivalent to 2.4 - 3.6 billion VND per plot.
The total starting price of the assets is 144.586 billion VND, excluding taxes, fees, charges and other financial obligations related to land use rights transfer and assignment. These fees will be paid by the auction winners according to the law.
Time for selling documents and receiving invitations to participate in the auction: from 8:00 a.m. on September 8, 2025 to before 5:00 p.m. on September 24, 2025 (during office hours on working days), at the headquarters of Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company.
The fee for documents/registerment fee to participate in the auction is 200,000 VND/ dossier. The deposit is 20% of the starting price for each plot of land put up for auction.
The auction will take place on September 27, 2025 (Saturday) at the Cultural House of Trieu Viet Vuong commune, Hung Yen. Customers listed at 7:30 a.m., the auction started at 8:30 a.m. The auction is a direct vote in one round at the auction for each plot of land according to the method of bidding up.
