Property Auction Service Center No. 2 has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 34,256.7m2 of residential land, divided into 327 lots in Hai Van Luong residential area (phase 1), Quynh Phu commune, Hung Yen province.
The plots of land have an area of 72 - 182m2, with starting prices ranging from 9 - 19.25 million VND/m2, equivalent to 648 million VND to more than 3.5 billion VND per plot. This price does not include registration fees, fees for granting Land Use Rights Certificates; land with complete investment in traffic infrastructure.
The fee for purchasing documents to participate in the auction is 100,000 VND/plot for lots with starting prices under 1 billion VND and 200,000 VND/plot for lots with a lot of 1 billion VND or more. The deposit ranges from 129.6 million VND to 703.01 million VND per lot.
The auction is conducted by indirect voting for each lot, according to the bidding method calculated per square meter. The payment form must have full information, be put on the envelope, sealed and submitted directly to the ballot box according to regulations.
Registrants can view the property from September 9 to September 11, 2025 at the auctioned land. In case of not viewing, participants must take responsibility for the relevant information and have no right to complain.
application documents will be received from 8:00 a.m. on September 9 to 4:00 p.m. on September 24, 2025. The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on September 28, 2025 at the cultural house of the People's Committee of Quynh My commune (old).
When registering, participants receive a bid form along with instructions on recording the voucher, the deadline for submitting the voucher and the time to organize the auction. The form must accurately state information such as full name, citizen identification card number, permanent address, clearly sign full name and land lot number participating. The flyer cannot be bricked, erased, or repaired.
The bids must be placed on a sealed envelope, self-stamped for security, with the signing of the bidder at the edges of the envelope. After submission, the voucher will be put into the voucher box and the voucher box will be sealed as soon as it is received.
