Accordingly, the Lac Viet Dong Que Social Housing Area project is being implemented in Hoan Long commune, Hung Yen province. The land area for the project is bordered to the North by DT. 379 road, to the South by Dong Que river, to the East by Ngan Anh Trading and Service Co., Ltd. and to the West by planned road and Hoan Long commune administrative area.
The project is implemented to contribute to the goal of building at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period 2021-2030 according to the direction of the Government; and at the same time concretize the Housing Development Program of Hung Yen province in the period 2021-2030 and the social housing development plan to 2030 in the province.
When completed, the project will form a spacious and synchronous social housing area, contributing to the development of the province's social housing fund; meeting the housing needs of officials, employees, workers in industrial parks, low-income people and social policy beneficiaries according to regulations.
According to the announcement, the project has a land use scale of about 15 hectares, with a total expected floor area for housing construction of about 330,000 m2. The current status of the land is mainly rice land, perennial crop land, water surface land, irrigation ditches and internal field road system. According to the construction plan of Yen My district (old) to 2030, vision to 2050, this area is oriented as commercial and service land.
The total estimated investment of the project is about 5,250 billion VND, with a implementation period of 4 years from the date of land allocation. Investors participating in the project will enjoy preferential and supportive mechanisms and policies according to current regulations.
Regarding the time to receive dossiers, after announcing project information on the Electronic Information Portal of the Provincial People's Committee and the Electronic Information Page of the Department of Construction, investors have 30 days to register to participate. After this deadline, the Department of Construction of Hung Yen province will not receive more dossiers.
Registration documents are received at the Hung Yen Provincial Department of Construction (Quang Truong street, Pho Hien ward, Hung Yen province), through the one-stop shop at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
