According to information from the Hung Yen Provincial Department of Construction, the commercial housing development project in the residential area east of provincial road DT. 457 in Kien Xuong commune (formerly Binh Minh commune, Kien Xuong district, Thai Binh province) is invested by SMC Investment Co., Ltd.
The project is implemented on an area of 49,281.5 m2, including 21,019.4 m2 of land subdivided into plots, 24,473.6 m2 of traffic land, 2,395.5 m2 of green land, 270 m2 of land for building cultural houses and 1,123 m2 of unreserved land.
The land area for the project is bordered to the East by irrigation ditches and agricultural land; to the West by provincial road DT. 457; to the North by agricultural land and residential areas; to the South by gas station and ring road to the North of old Thanh Ne town (DT. 458B road). Expected population size is about 700 people.
According to the approved investment policy, the project will build rough and complete the exterior of 44 adjacent houses located on DT. 457 road to transfer land use rights, house ownership and assets attached to land to buyers.
In addition, the investor will transfer land use rights to people to build houses themselves for the remaining 131 land plots, including 112 adjacent house plots and 19 villa house plots.
The project aims to form a new residential area with a synchronous technical infrastructure system, meeting the housing needs of people, contributing to the development of the urban space in Kien Xuong commune area.
According to the plan, the technical infrastructure of the project will be completed within 24 months from the date of land allocation in the field.
