In September 2025, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province is studying the establishment of a Team to review and remove difficulties, obstacles, and backlog projects in the area.
Currently, Khanh Hoa province still has 246 projects stuck, concentrated in the group of completed projects but not yet put into operation; projects not through auction of land use rights, bidding to select investors and requesting policy mechanisms from the Central Government; projects with residential land not forming residential units; BT projects facing difficulties in the process of contract implementation...
Of these, 92 projects are under the province's jurisdiction. From the beginning of the year to September, 16 projects have been completely resolved, put into operation or terminated according to regulations; 5 projects are included in the thematic inspection plan of the Government Inspectorate.
For the remaining 71 projects, the Provincial People's Committee has issued a handling plan according to the "6 clear" principle: Clear the person in charge, clear the content of the work, clear the progress, clear authority, clear the responsibility and clear the final results.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee will hold weekly and monthly meetings to review the progress of the projects and report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
For the above projects, Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh emphasized that the Provincial People's Committee needs to focus on resolving projects under the authority of the province; for the group of projects that have concluded inspections, it is necessary to classify issues for handling, ensuring harmony of interests of all parties.
At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee needs to immediately review and remove projects that are capable of handling and studying the organization of dialogues with businesses and people to synthesize recommendations and proposals, thereby identifying appropriate solutions.
