On the afternoon of September 10, at Thanh Hai Industrial Park, Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Phu Khang Phan Rang Company Limited Trade Union.

Phu Khang Phan Rang Company Limited is a private enterprise, specializing in garments, established in early 2025 and has nearly 300 workers.
Immediately after the enterprise was established, union officials approached and mobilized workers to join the union organization.
With the consensus of many employees and business leaders, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to recognize the Phu Khang Phan Rang Company Limited Trade Union.
At the same time, 43 employees of the company were admitted to the trade union.
The Provincial Federation of Labor also announced the decision to recognize the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee and positions of the company's grassroots trade union.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, representatives of union members and the Executive Board of the Company's grassroots union all affirmed that the establishment of a union organization at Phu Khang Phan Rang Company Limited is of great significance.

Speaking at the assignment of tasks to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Phu Khang Phan Rang Company Limited, the leaders of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation proposed to focus on implementing well the work of protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
