Khanh Hoa province has 4 projects that will start construction on this occasion: Nha Trang City Mixed-use Urban Area; Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics Training and Research Facility in Nha Trang.
Project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Doc Da Trang Industrial Park and Social Housing in Thanh Hai Resettlement Area.
The total investment capital for the 4 projects that will start construction is nearly 20,200 billion VND.
Mr. Tran Quoc Nam - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee - inspected the progress of the Nha Trang City Mixed-use Urban Area Project.
Up to now, Ha Long Sun Company Limited - the project investor - has basically completed the preparation work, ready for the start date.
According to the report, up to now, Nam Nha Trang ward has completed site clearance for phase 1 of about 30.4 hectares.
For the remaining area of about 196 hectares, the Ward People's Committee is continuing to urgently carry out compensation and site clearance work according to plan.
Accordingly, the locality continues to meet to review, approve and approve compensation, support and resettlement plans for 80 cases with a total area of about 53.6 hectares; at the same time, continue to organize the implementation of surveying, inventorying, verifying land origin and approving compensation, support and resettlement plans for the remaining area of 142 hectares (phase 2) expected to be about 1,100 plots of land.
