Many people in Cam Lam district (old) have reported through the receiving system of Khanh Hoa province that the application for land use purpose change submitted to the People's Committee of Cam Lam district had not previously been resolved within the prescribed 20-day working time limit.
After the merger, the dossier was handed over to the Economic Department of Cam An commune.
People said that they have contacted many times to ask for progress but only received a "now processed" response without appointing a completion time, causing waste of time, costs and affecting their rights.
On August 14, Mr. Do Minh Thanh - Chairman of Cam An Commune People's Committee - signed a document responding to some reflections from citizens.
Accordingly, Mr. Do Minh Thanh said that after the arrangement of local authorities at 2 levels, the unit received about 600 administrative procedures in the land sector from the Economic Department of Cam Lam commune.
Cam An commune has directed the Economic Department to check and handle backlog of records in parallel with receiving and handling new records and other professional tasks.
However, due to the large amount of work, many documents were overdue before handover, so the processing progress was delayed.
Cam An Commune People's Committee apologizes to the people for this delay and hopes to receive sympathy and coordination from households and individuals whose records are slow to be resolved.
