On the morning of November 1, at Nam Thang Long Urban Area, the Ministry of Public Security coordinated with Thai Nam Land Joint Stock Company and Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation (UDIC) to organize a groundbreaking ceremony for a housing construction project for the police force.
The project has a land area of 18,142m2, belonging to the 20% land fund of Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Ciputra), including 3 towers from 27 to 40 floors, modern design, providing 1,262 apartments with 2 - 4 bedrooms, meeting the diverse housing needs of officers, soldiers and families. With a construction density of only 37%, the project prioritizes the development of green space, harmonious landscape and a synchronous utility system such as playground, sports area, swimming pool, gym, walking path...
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Mr. Duong Duc Tuan requested the investor to arrange adequate equipment, human resources, and material resources to urgently construct; at the same time, continue to closely coordinate with agencies and units under Hanoi City and Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee, apply appropriate and advanced construction solutions, strive to complete the project ahead of schedule.
The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee also requested the city's departments, branches and Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee to continue to support, guide and create all favorable conditions for the investor and contractors to build this social housing project to ensure progress and quality.
Representatives of the investor consortium - Thai Nam Land Joint Stock Company and UDIC Corporation - affirmed that they will focus on human resources and means to implement the project, determined to complete the project soon, making the project a model housing area of the capital.
