Of the 12 cases, Quoc Tuan Commune Police (An Lao District) verified the incident at 4:00 a.m. on May 1, at the house of Mr. Vo Xuan Q (born in 1975, residing in Dong Nham village, Quoc Tuan Commune), a "crazy" buffalo (owner unknown) broke into the house and injured 3 people in Mr. Q's family. The victims, including Mr. Q, Ms. Tran Thi D (born in 1979, Mr. Q's wife) and Vo Thi Thuy N (born in 2003, Mr. Q's daughter), had to be hospitalized for emergency care.
In addition to the above case, the Criminal Police Department of Hai Phong City Police broke up a case of property theft (worth 6.5 million VND), arrested 1 subject, and filed a case for handling. Thuy Duong Ward Police (Thuy Nguyen City) broke up a motorbike theft case and arrested 1 subject. So Dau Ward Police (Hong Bang District) handle 1 case of intentional injury, 1 person injured...
Currently, the cases are being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
