On October 28, the People's Committee of Vung Tau City held the groundbreaking ceremony of the project to embellish Thuy Van road (Bai Sau area, Vung Tau City). This is a public investment project from the provincial budget, with 2 main items are the renovation and upgrading of Thuy Van road infrastructure and construction of Thuy Van park, with a total investment of more than VND 1,094 billion.
The project has been approved by the Provincial People's Council at the beginning of the year and the Provincial People's Committee approved the project with many detailed contents.

This is one of the important projects towards the goal of "Developing Vung Tau City into a high-quality, international-class tourism center" and is a key work towards celebrating the 50th anniversary of the National Unity Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of September 2.
Mr. Hoang Vu Thang - Chairman of the People's Committee of Vung Tau City - information, according to the project plan is expected to be constructed in 6 months and completed in April 2025. Currently, the ground has been handed over about 13.9 hectares (82.75%) and the local government is urgently reviewing to recover land in accordance with regulations.

After the project is completed, the appearance of Bai Sau area will be completely renewed, towards a friendly open space, opening up the sea view, taking the sea as the focus with suitable functional areas and utilities so that people and visitors can enjoy the most of nature from the sea.
"I believe that, after the project is completed, it will help Vung Tau City to promote its potential, exploit the competitive advantage of tourism, contribute to socio-economic promotion, develop the city into a high-quality tourism center, international class in the orientation set out," Thong stressed.
