The project is being implemented at land plot C-HH25, Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Binh province with a total investment of over 4,800 billion VND. The project is invested by Phuc Loc Real Estate Corporation Joint Stock Company.
When completed, this project will provide nearly 2,700 social housing apartments and 110 commercial housing, meeting the housing needs of officers and soldiers of Ninh Binh Provincial Police and their families.
The project's complex of works is designed with modern architecture, full amenities, smart management, environmental friendliness and in line with the development orientation of heritage conservation of Hoa Lu ward in particular and Ninh Binh province in general.

Therefore, the concern and construction of housing construction projects for the armed forces of the People's Police shows profound social and humanitarian significance. Thereby, creating the most favorable conditions for officers and soldiers of the People's Police to feel secure in their work, ready to receive and excellently complete assigned tasks.
The project to build housing for the armed forces of the People's Police in Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Binh province was selected by the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security as one of the projects to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress.
Deputy Minister of Public Security Dang Hong Duc requested the central investor to mobilize maximum resources to organize construction and complete the project on schedule.
