Hanoi is implementing a plan to implement the "45-day Campaign" to enrich and clean up the land database, serving the construction of a land database according to the criteria "right - sufficient - clean - living".
According to the plan of Tung Thien Ward People's Committee, from 7:30 am on July 23, 6 working groups will simultaneously work at the cultural houses of residential groups to collect, compare, scan (scan) and update information on agricultural land plots.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Dat - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tung Thien ward - said that this is an important political task, contributing to modernizing land management, improving the efficiency of resolving administrative procedures and better serving the needs of people and businesses.
Mr. Dat requested the working groups to promote the spirit of responsibility, implement professional procedures correctly, absolutely not cause trouble for the people; do not require people to provide documents that have been cleaned up during the 90-day peak period before, if there are no changes.
The original file is only used for comparison, scanning or taking photos and must be returned immediately after completion.
At the same time, forces need to strictly implement information security, promptly prevent acts of impersonating officials or taking advantage of tasks to collect money against regulations.
For Party committees, authorities and residential groups, the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee proposed to strengthen propaganda to help people understand the meaning of digitizing land data.
Create an invitation schedule according to each reasonable time frame, avoiding crowded gatherings; and at the same time, pay attention to supporting the elderly, people with disabilities, sick people or those who cannot directly come to the workplace.
To ensure that information collection takes place quickly and conveniently, the Ward People's Committee requests households in the invited list to proactively prepare complete dossiers according to each case.
For land plots that have been granted land use right certificates, people need to bring the original certificate for comparison, scanning or taking photos.
In case there is no original, a copy, scan or clear photo can be used; accompanied by the citizen identification card of the person named on the certificate and contact phone number.
For cases where the person named in the certificate has passed away, it is necessary to prepare a certificate of land use rights, citizen identification card of the representative, death certificate or related documents (if any), along with dossiers on inheritance or management and use of land.
For land that has not been granted a certificate, people prepare documents proving the origin, land use process (if any) and coordinate to declare and determine the location of the land plot according to the guidance of the working group.
The Ward People's Committee also noted that no fees will be collected during the campaign.
People's original records are only used for comparison and will be returned immediately after completion.
Households that have completed data cleaning in the previous period and have no fluctuations will not have to provide dossiers again.
If individuals are found impersonating officials or requesting money collection against regulations, people should immediately report to the ward police, neighborhood group leader or Ward People's Committee for timely handling.
