Phu Gia Royal Park Quy Nhon project located on Tay Son street (Quy Nhon Nam ward, Gia Lai province) is planned on an area of 6.3ha with the orientation of developing residential areas according to the green urban model, harmoniously combining natural living space and modern urban infrastructure.
The project with a total investment of about 1,700 billion VND, started in August 2025, expected to be handed over from the third quarter of 2026, includes 3 sub-zones with a total of 283 4-story high-class townhouses, 2 commercial centers and 1 4,000m2 multi-level school, synchronously meeting the housing, learning and service needs of residents in the area.

Products mainly include boutique shophouses, townhouses and adjacent houses, designed in a neoclassical style, 4 floors 1 attic, construction density of about 40%, most of the remaining area is for open space with more than 3.8ha of greenery and amenities.
On the afternoon of June 28, Phu Gia Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to lift the roof of sub-zone LK1 at the project, marking an important milestone in the construction completion phase, opening the sprint towards the goal of product handover in the third quarter of 2026.

Sub-area LK1 is one of the key items of the project, belonging to the Phu Gia Royal Park commercial and service complex. The roof lift event shows that the construction progress is being implemented according to the project plan.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh - Finance Director of Phu Gia Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company, LK1 subdivision has 23 adjacent townhouses, after 7 months of construction, the roof has been raised and will be handed over to customers in the third quarter of 2026.
The investor will coordinate with relevant units to accelerate the construction progress, striving to complete the entire project by November 2027, aiming to form a commercial and service integrated urban area, meeting the increasing demand of the real estate market in the Central region," Ms. Thanh affirmed.
Located in the expanded urban and tourism development area of Quy Nhon, the project is expected to increase housing and commercial supply for the locality.
