Conduct specialized land inventories according to the approved plan, coordinate with the Capital High Command and the City Police in conducting national defense and security land inventories.

Assign the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to establish a Steering Committee for land inventory and mapping of the current status of land use in 2024 at the district level; direct the People's Committees of communes to develop a plan for land inventory in 2024 of the locality. Develop a plan and direct specialized agencies of the district and People's Committees of communes to organize and implement land inventory and mapping of the current status of land use in 2024.

Coordinate with military and police units stationed in the locality to determine land use boundaries of people's armed forces units and security units.

The 2024 land inventory of Hanoi City is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 on land classification of the 2024 Land Law, to assess the management and use of golf course land; airports; landslide and alluvial areas; land originating from agricultural and forestry farms and other topics in localities as a basis for implementing measures to strengthen management and improve land use efficiency for these types of land.
