On the morning of May 4, a Central working delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Van Quang - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court surveyed the reality of a number of key projects along Highway 706B, in the eastern area of Lam Dong province.
According to the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Finance, the coastal area (including along DT. 706B, Bung Thi - Ta Kou and Hoa Thang routes) currently has 19 dynamic investment projects, with a total area of more than 22,000ha.

Projects are being studied, surveyed and promoted for implementation by strategic investors.
In this overall, the area along DT. 706B route plays a central role with 8 large-scale projects, focusing on urban development, commercial services and tourism infrastructure.
Investment attraction work achieved many results, notably the completion of investor selection for 2 projects, with a total capital of more than 16,000 billion VND.

Notably, the Phan Thiet Airport Project (civil aviation item) has completed important procedures such as environmental impact assessment, land allocation and design appraisal.
The project officially started construction on April 27, 2026, and is identified as a key infrastructure, contributing to strengthening regional connectivity, promoting investment attraction and tourism development.

Along with that, the Ham Tien - Mui Ne New Commercial and Service Urban Area project (Zone III) has been allocated land in phase 1, completed detailed planning and is implementing compensation and site clearance, gradually moving to the implementation phase.
In addition to projects that already have investors, there are currently 3 other projects organizing investor selection, with a total capital of nearly 40,000 billion VND.
Many projects have completed the approval of investment policies, auction plans or are appraising bidding documents, creating conditions to accelerate progress in the coming time.
In the Bung Thi - Ta Bau area, Hoa Thang area, many large-scale projects continue to be promoted in terms of legal procedures and investor research, focusing on coastal urban development.

According to assessments, the progress of implementing coastal dynamic projects has had clear changes, from completing legal procedures, selecting investors to starting construction of some key projects.
Simultaneously promoting projects contributes to increasing budget revenue, urban development, infrastructure, while creating jobs and improving the quality of life for people.
