On April 29, Ms. Dao Thi Ha Ny - Chairwoman of Tien Thanh Ward Trade Union (Lam Dong province) said that grassroots trade unions have implemented many exciting activities, aiming to improve the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
At the grassroots Trade Union of Quyet Thang General Joint Stock Company, the professional coordination unit organized the Men's Football Tournament with the participation of 60 union members who are teachers, staff and workers.
The tournament gathered 6 teams, competing enthusiastically, attracting a large number of fans to watch and cheer.
This sports activity creates a healthy playground, contributing to strengthening solidarity and exchange between departments, divisions, and divisions in the unit. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for officials, teachers, and employees to practice health, improve cultural and spiritual life after working hours. During this holiday, each union member is given a gift of 200,000 VND/gift in cash.
Meanwhile, the grassroots Trade Union of Ngoc Son Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company organized visits and directly presented gifts to union members at departments such as restaurants, rooms, and receptions.
A total of 94 union members received gifts, each worth 400,000 VND, with a total budget of 37.6 million VND.
Although the gifts are not large, they show the timely concern of the trade union organization for workers. Thereby contributing to encouraging the working spirit, strengthening internal cohesion, and creating a labor emulation atmosphere throughout the unit.
