The project to invest in building a road from Bac Song Cam urban area to VSIP Industrial Park road to Vu Yen island is a key transport infrastructure project of Hai Phong city, contributing to completing the transport network, strengthening connectivity between Bac Song Cam area and Vu Yen island and industrial parks, creating motivation to promote socio-economic development of the locality.
Implementing the provisions of land law, in the past time, Thuy Nguyen Ward People's Committee and specialized agencies have fully implemented the order and procedures for land recovery according to regulations; organized propaganda, mobilization, and dialogue with households; issued land recovery notices, land recovery decisions, land coercive recovery decisions and implemented compensation and support plans according to the provisions of law.
Up to now, there is still one household that has not complied with the land recovery decision, affecting the progress of site clearance and project implementation. On that basis, Thuy Nguyen Ward People's Committee has developed a Plan to organize coercion to implement the Land Recovery Decision; and at the same time consolidate the Land Recovery Coercion Board to organize the implementation of tasks in accordance with regulations.
Leaders of Thuy Nguyen Ward People's Committee emphasized that the organization of coercive enforcement of land recovery decisions must be carried out in accordance with legal regulations, according to plan, ensuring absolute security and order and the property of citizens. The coercive enforcement board and participating forces must closely coordinate, coordinate and operate smoothly, ensuring absolute safety for people and property in the process of performing tasks.
Units focus on ensuring safety at traffic locations; preparing machinery, vehicles, necessary technical conditions and human resources, arranging facilities, logistics, and medical work; safe property gathering places, arranging temporary accommodation for people according to regulations.
