During the day, Ha Nam commune organized coercion to force the implementation of remedial measures for 4 households and individuals violating land laws in Tien Tao village. This is the first phase of coercion according to the plan to handle violations in the commune.
Before organizing coercion, the commune Party Committee and government had repeatedly propagated and disseminated legal regulations, organized dialogues, mobilized, and persuaded violating households and individuals to voluntarily dismantle works and remedy the consequences.
However, the above cases still did not comply, forcing the locality to apply coercive measures according to the provisions of law to ensure strictness in land management.
Immediately after announcing the enforcement decisions and announcing the implementation of remedial measures for each violation case, functional forces simultaneously deployed tasks according to the approved plan. With the support of excavators, cutters and specialized vehicles, all violating works were dismantled, restoring the original state of the land according to regulations.
Strictly handling violations contributes to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of land, creating consensus among the people. The coercion work has received the consensus and support of a large number of officials and local people.
According to the plan, Ha Nam Commune People's Committee will continue to organize coercion to force the implementation of remedial measures for the remaining violations. Phase 2, starting from 7:30 am on July 9, will implement coercion against 3 households including: Ms. H.T. C (hamlet 1, Tien Tao village), Ms. N.T. L (hamlet 1, Tien Tao village) and Mr. N.T. M (Kim Can village). Phase 3, from 7:30 am on July 13, will implement coercion against 4 households in Tien Tao village and Van Tao village; phase 4, from 7:30 am on July 14 and 15 at 4 households all in hamlet 1, Tien Tao village.
The organization of coercion is carried out in accordance with the issued plan, ensuring compliance with the provisions of law, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of land, and at the same time creating fairness and strictness in handling violations in the area. Ha Nam Commune People's Committee requests households subject to coercion in the next phases to seriously comply with the issued decisions, proactively and voluntarily dismantle all violating works before the time of organizing coercion to minimize property damage and arising costs.
The locality is determined to strictly handle violations in accordance with the law. For households that voluntarily dismantle, the dismantling must be complete, restoring the original state of the land. In case of non-compliance or incomplete dismantling, the Commune People's Committee will organize coercion according to the issued plan to ensure the strictness of the law and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of land in the area. All property damage and costs arising from coercion will be borne by the violating households according to the provisions of law.
