Gia Vien Ward People's Committee coordinates with functional agencies to organize administrative coercive measures against households and individuals who have not handed over land under the Project to invest in building technical infrastructure to serve the renovation of old apartment buildings in the ward (phase 2).
To ensure the process is carried out in accordance with legal procedures and absolute safety, the Gia Vien Ward Coercion Implementation Board and coordinating forces were present at the scene 45 minutes in advance to deploy the plan. The working session was closely coordinated and supervised by representatives of the People's Procuracy of Region 3, the People's Court of Region 3, specialized departments and divisions of the district and ward, along with project management units, security, medical, electricity and grassroots water supply forces.
The deployment work is carried out synchronously according to each specific field area to ensure order. Functional forces carry out administrative coercion procedures according to decisions for the group of households of Mr. Dinh Van D and Ms. Dinh Thi Th in the D50 Dong Quoc Binh Apartment area; the group of households of Mr. Luu The Q and Mr. Le Van Th in the D34 Dong Quoc Binh Apartment area and the group of households of Mr. Do Van H, Le Thanh B and Bui Anh D in the D24 Dong Quoc Binh Apartment building.
Administrative coercion measures are implemented seriously, in the correct order and ensure absolute safety for people and property. Decisively completing site clearance work at old, degraded and dangerous apartment buildings is a necessary step to serve synchronous urban technical infrastructure construction, towards the goal of building a new modern and safe living space for the local community.
