Therefore, when people lose receipts, the confirmation of money payment information does not completely depend on individuals but also based on data and records managed by state agencies.
For specific cases, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment requests people to contact the financial agency (Ministry of Finance or tax authority) to be guided on providing information about the amount of money that has been paid into the budget.
This information will be the basis for competent authorities to consider and resolve procedures for issuing red books according to regulations.
