On April 4, the Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center reported on the progress of compensation, support, resettlement, and site clearance for DT. 770B road.
The project has a total investment of 3,338 billion VND from the provincial budget (source of land use right auction), implementation time from 2022 to 2026.
The project has a total length of 42.58 km with a total recovered land area of about 271.6 ha, the total number of recovered land plots under the project is 1,337 plots, belonging to 9 communes and wards including: Xuan Bac, Xuan Que, Xuan Duong, Dau Giay, Gia Kiem, Long Phuoc, Phuoc Thai, Binh Loc, Xuan Lap.
To date, the Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center has issued notices of land recovery in 9 communes and wards basically reaching 100%; investigation, survey, measurement, and inventory in 9 communes and wards basically reaching 100%...
The DT. 770B road project will be newly invested and built with a length of more than 42 km, with the starting point of the route intersecting with DT. 763 road (in Suoi Nho commune, old Dinh Quan district) and the ending point of the route intersecting with National Highway 51 (in Phuoc Thai commune, old Long Thanh district) planned with a road boundary of 60 m, with 4-8 lanes.
DT. 770B road is invested and built to connect the eastern and northeastern districts of Dong Nai province with Long Thanh airport and Xuan Que - Song Nhan industrial parks, Bau Can - Tan Hiep industrial park, connecting the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, National Highway 51 and Cai Mep - Thi Vai seaport area (formerly Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, now Ho Chi Minh City).
Previously, on March 11, the Provincial Party Committee Office announced the conclusion of Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Vo Tan Duc at a working session with Vietnam Rubber Industry Group on Long Duc 3 Industrial Park, Bau Can - Tan Hiep (phase 1) and Xuan Que - Song Nhan projects.
Accordingly, regarding connecting transport infrastructure projects, Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Vo Tan Duc assigned the People's Committees of Phuoc Thai, Long Phuoc communes and the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to urgently accelerate compensation, support, and resettlement work; assigned the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to urgently deploy investment in the construction of DT. 770B road.
In which, priority is given to the implementation of the section from National Highway 51 passing through Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park, about 7.7 km long (including the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway overpass); establishing a road schedule, ensuring the completion and technical opening of this section of the route no later than June 2027.
