Hung Yen Provincial Department of Construction posted information on receiving applications to buy 168 social housing apartments at building CT1B, Social Housing Area A and B Project, Vu Phuc ward.
The project is invested by Thang Long Import-Export Investment Joint Stock Company, built in Vu Phuc ward. According to the notice, the time to receive applications for social housing purchase starts from July 23, 2026 to the end of August 22, 2026.
In case the above deadline expires and the number of registration dossiers is not sufficient to correspond to the number of apartments expected to be put on sale, the investor will continue to open dossier receipt rounds until all apartments of CT1B building are distributed.
The document receiving location is the 1st floor, headquarters of Thang Long Import-Export Investment Joint Stock Company at Km3+500 Hung Vuong street, Vu Phuc ward, Hung Yen province.
This time, the investor plans to open for sale 168 apartments with areas from 42.48 m2 to 69.35 m2. The average selling price is 18.5 million VND/m2, including value-added tax but not including maintenance costs as prescribed.
The specific selling price of each apartment is approved by Thang Long Import-Export Investment Joint Stock Company in Decision No. 768/QD-DRAGONGROUP dated May 20, 2026.
The components of the social housing purchase registration dossier are implemented according to the provisions of the Government's decrees and the Ministry of Construction's current circulars on social housing development and management.
