Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1414/QD-UBND on announcing information about the Social Housing project in Luong Hoi village, Luong Bang commune for investors to register to participate in implementation.
Accordingly, the project has a land use scale of about 4.63 ha, with a total expected construction floor area of about 146,000 m2. The land is located in Luong Hoi village, bordered by agricultural land to the North; residential areas to the South and East; village cemetery and agricultural land to the West. The current status is mainly rice land, water surface, canals and field roads.
The project's objective is to concretize the project to build at least 1 million social housing units in the period 2021-2030 according to Decision No. 338/QD-TTg, and at the same time implement housing development programs and plans of Hung Yen province. When completed, the project will form a synchronous social housing area, serving the housing needs of officials, workers, low-income people and policy beneficiaries.
According to the plan, the land area belongs to the urban development area according to the regional construction planning adjustment project to 2035. The total estimated investment is about 1,667 billion VND, the project implementation time is 30 months from the date of land allocation.
Participating investors will enjoy preferential mechanisms according to current regulations.
Regarding procedures, the Hung Yen Provincial Department of Construction will receive investor registration dossiers within 30 days from the date of project information announcement on the electronic information portal. Dossiers are submitted at the One-Stop Shop - Hung Yen Provincial Department of Construction, Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
