Ha Long Bay view social housing apartments receive applications to buy houses, more than 23.6 million VND/m2

Quang Ninh - The joint venture of social housing project investors in a prime location, belonging to Ha Tu ward, receives applications to buy houses at the project from May 20 to June 20, 2026.

Quang Ninh Provincial Department of Construction has just publicly announced information on receiving applications to buy social housing projects at land plot 1C. OM-01, belonging to Sub-area 1 Planning, Ha Tu ward. This project is implemented by a joint venture between Ngan Ha Quang Ninh Investment Joint Stock Company and Toan Cau Financial Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company.

The project has a total land area of about 1.38 hectares, including a 15-story social housing building with 602 apartments. All of these apartments are for sale, not arranged for rent or lease-purchase. In addition, the project also has 26 low-rise townhouses.

The area of apartments is calculated according to the clear area, ranging from 47.64 m2 to 77.00 m2; in which, many apartments have views overlooking Ha Long Bay.

The average selling price of social housing (temporary) is 23,634,273 VND/m2.

The social housing project was started on March 20, 2026.

It is expected that the project will be implemented in the period 2025–2028; when completed, it will meet the housing needs of about 1,500 people. The investor sets a target to inaugurate and put the project into use before October 30, 2028.

Previously, the Department of Construction of Quang Ninh province publicly announced the expected selling price of social housing at the Social Housing Project on 20% land fund belonging to the Northwest Housing Group project of Tran Thai Tong street, Cao Xanh ward, Ha Long city (now Cao Xanh ward, Quang Ninh province) and the Social Housing Project on 20% land fund belonging to the Resort combined with commercial, service and housing in Ha Phong ward, Ha Long city (now Ha Tu ward, Quang Ninh province).

Accordingly, at the social housing project on 20% land fund belonging to a resort combined with commercial, service and housing in Ha Tu ward, the investor announced a temporary selling price of about 22 million VND/m2 (excluding VAT, maintenance fees and location coefficient). This is a reference price, which will be adjusted after the project is completed and finalized according to regulations.

The project includes about 982 apartments, with areas from 41 m2 to 75 m2, including apartments from 1 to 3 bedrooms. It is expected that the project will be completed in the third quarter of 2028 and start receiving applications to buy houses from the second quarter of 2026.

Meanwhile, at the social housing project on 20% land fund belonging to the Northwest Housing Group project on Tran Thai Tong street, Cao Xanh ward, the investor announced the expected average selling price of about 21.6 million VND/m2 (including VAT and maintenance fees). The time to receive applications to buy houses is from April 20 to May 20, 2026.

The project includes 2 building blocks of 10 and 18 floors, with a total of 300 apartments for sale.
