Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1426/QD-UBND on announcing information about the Pham Ngu Lao Street Social Housing Area project in Duong Hao ward to call on investors to register to participate in implementation.
Accordingly, the project has a land use scale of about 9.15 ha, located in Duong Hao ward, with borders to the North adjacent to Ngoc Tuan clean water plant; to the South adjacent to Thuan Xuyen residential area; to the East adjacent to Pham Ngu Lao street; to the West adjacent to agricultural land.
The current status of the land area is mainly rice land, perennial crop land, water surface, irrigation ditches and inter-field roads. According to the planning of the urban - agricultural - ecological sub-zone in the South (sub-zone E2), this area is oriented to develop social housing, public service works, kindergartens, parking lots and urban green trees.
The project's objective is to concretize the Project "Investing in building at least 1 million social housing apartments" for the period 2021-2030, and at the same time implement the housing development program of Hung Yen province. The project aims to form a synchronous and spacious social housing area, meeting the housing needs of industrial park workers, low-income people and policy beneficiaries.
Preliminary total investment of the project is about 2,100 billion VND, implementation time is 3 years from the date of land allocation. Participating investors will enjoy preferential mechanisms and policies according to current regulations.
According to the notice, within 30 days from the date of information announcement, the Hung Yen Provincial Department of Construction will receive registration dossiers of interested investors at the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center. After this deadline, the receipt of dossiers will be completed to organize investor selection according to regulations.
