At the beginning of 2025, the People's Committee of Nam Sach district (Hai Duong province) has launched a peak period of land registration and issuance of first-time land use right certificates to households and individuals in the district.
This peak period aims to accelerate progress, focusing on households and individuals who are using land in residential areas that are still in backlog.The issuance of Certificates also includes cases of donating land use rights to the State or residential communities, or expanding roads in Nam Sach district (Hai Duong province) in 2025.
This implementation creates unity in leadership, direction and coordination among agencies, organizations and individuals.At the same time, it contributes to building a complete and accurate land database to update and share with the population database according to Project 06.
The implementation process ensures publicity, transparency, complete procedures, quality and efficiency in accordance with regulations; promptly resolves difficulties and problems.
Regarding land registration and issuance of first-time Certificates for households and individuals currently using land in residential areas with remaining land, the People's Committee of Nam Sach district (Hai Duong province) aims to complete over 75% of the land use by June 30, 2025.By the end of 2025, complete 100%; remove obstacles, strive to resolve over 80% of the remaining difficult records.
Regarding registration and issuance of Certificates for cases of donating land use rights to the State or residential communities or expanding roads, Nam Sach district strives to complete over 80% of cases of donating land to the State without additional land area by June 30, 2025.By 2025, complete over 70% of households with additional land area compared to the issued Certificates.
