On February 7, according to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal, to serve work needs, the Ministry of Public Security's Department of Professional Records announced the recruitment of citizens into the People's Public Security.
Regarding the selection subjects, the Ministry of Public Security said that they are cadres, civil servants, and public employees working in ministries and branches at the central and local levels, officers and professional soldiers serving in the Vietnam People's Army or Vietnamese citizens who have graduated from a regular university (excluding university transfer programs) with a good grade or higher (except for those who have graduated from a university abroad or have a master's or doctoral degree) in majors according to the job position.
The job position of System Administrator has 2 criteria, including: Major in Information Technology; Computer Science; Computer Engineering; Information Systems; Computer Engineering Technology.
The job position of Database Administrator has 1 quota: Major in Computer Science; Data Science; Computer Engineering Technology.
The job position Data Analyst has 1 quota: Major in Artificial Intelligence; Computer Science.
Software and application job position has 1 target: Software Engineering major; Artificial Intelligence; Software technology.
The job position of Substation Infrastructure Operation has 1 target: Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering Technology; Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering; Major in Electrical, Electronic Engineering Technology; Electrical Engineering.
Regarding selection criteria: Candidates must be in good health, without disabilities or sexually transmitted diseases.
Priority is given to candidates with work experience, competition awards or certificates related to the field of application. Conditions, standards, procedures, selection procedures and salary and allowance regimes are implemented in accordance with the provisions of law and the Ministry of Public Security.
Application documents include: Handwritten application for voluntary service in the People's Public Security (clearly stating the position applied for); Self-declared CV (according to the form of the Ministry of Public Security) without confirmation from the People's Committee of the commune, ward or town where the applicant resides; Certified copy of birth certificate; Certified copy of diploma, certificate and academic transcript.
In case diplomas, certificates, and transcripts are issued by foreign training institutions, they must be translated into Vietnamese and recognized by a competent authority as equivalent to diplomas and certificates according to the provisions of law.
Certificate of Union and Party membership; Certified copy of priority subject confirmation (if any); Health certificate issued by a hospital at district level or higher within 30 days from the date of application submission; 4cm x 6cm color photos: 4 photos taken within 6 months from the date of application submission.
Application submission period is from February 17 to March 31 (during office hours). Submit application at the headquarters of the Department of Professional Records, Ministry of Public Security, No. 54C Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.
Successful candidates will work at the headquarters of the Department of Professional Records, Ministry of Public Security in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City (arranged according to job requirements).
