It is expected that on January 6, 2025, the Nam Dinh Provincial Property Auction Service Center will coordinate with the People's Committee of Giao Thuy district to organize an auction of the right to use 28 land lots for people to build houses in the concentrated residential area of Giao Ha commune, Giao Thuy district, Nam Dinh province.
The total area of the plots is 3,185.1m2. The plots range in size from 87.3 - 175.1m2. The starting price is 8 - 11 million VND/m2, the value of the plots according to the starting price is from 720 million VND/plot to 1.54 billion VND/plot.
The common price step applied to all plots of land is 100,000 VND/m2. Auction is by direct voting, 1 round for each plot of land at the auction.
Nam Dinh Province Property Auction Service Center organizes for auction participants to directly view the property continuously for 2 days, December 26 - 27, 2024 (during office hours).
Customers who want to see the auctioned land in person should contact the Nam Dinh Province Property Auction Service Center before December 26, 2024. The location to see the auctioned property is at Giao Ha Commune People's Committee.
The Center will coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Giao Thuy district to show customers the planning map and guide customers to visit the land lot for auction.
The deposit period starts from 7:00 a.m. on December 31, 2024 to 5:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
The auction of 28 land plots will take place at 7:30 a.m. on January 6, 2025 at the People's Committee of Giao Ha commune, Giao Thuy district.
